What a Year! COVID19 & Our Safety Practices
With the introduction and trials of COVID19, this past year has been both challenging, and humbling for our Maui’s Best Ohana. While we did experience some down time, our team quickly adjusted to the Maui Country regulations regarding treatments, and we are so excited to be serving our community again! It’s important to us that our guests know that safety and sanitization are our top priorities – and we want to update you on how we are handling these precautions within our two locations.
We are OPEN for treatments in Kihei & Lahaina!
We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for healing at Maui’s Best Massage + Spa. Our practices for honoring this commitment include and are not limited to:
- Temperature checks of all guests and staff upon arrival
- Frequent use of hand sanitizer and hand-washing
- Required face masks on all staff and guests while inside
- Required negative COVID19 results for all non-residents, and inquire about current health concerns of Maui residents
- Each room of our Spa is sanitized prior to arrival, and after guest treatment
During your visits to either location, we ask that all guests please follow these current Maui County Guidelines:
- Reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well
- Experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, body aches, or fever – please stay home and call a doctor
-
Cancellation fees will be waived if you are not feeling well, and need to reschedule
- Use hand sanitizer upon arrival
- Available at the front desk and on the way to your treatment
- Practice social distancing (6 feet distance) while inside
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, please wait outside to maintain social distancing requirements
- Wear a face mask (covering mouth and nose) while awaiting your treatment
- During your massage masks are not required while face down, however to protect our therapists and yourself, our therapists will allow you to put your mask back on before turning face up
