Deep Tissue:
Prefer a stronger touch? We’ve got you covered! Here, we will use deep and firm pressure throughout your massage. Elbows, knuckles, and bodyweight are the key tools we use to help break down those pesky knots and areas of chronic muscle tension, leaving you feeling like a “wet noodle!” Particularly useful for tight necks, shoulders, and backs.

Lomi Lomi:
Lomi Lomi as bodywork is a smaller component of a much broader and ancient Hawaiian holistic healing tradition. During this warm and nurturing session, you will feel our our mana and aloha coursing through our hands and forearms, as we use long, continuous, and flowing strokes to allow you to surrender and give in to the present moment, and just “be.”
