Excellent article! It’s so true that we neglect our personal health. Massage is such an important piece of the puzzle for so many reasons. So true. Even in paradise we need to unwind. As I read this I realized how a chair massage could make a big difference. I was in a yoga class the other day and the instructor rubbed my shoulders for only a few seconds and it changed everything! Awwww….what a good idea!
Aloha! Great idea, I remember when Heaven on Earth on Oahu started out. She also traveled with a chair, targeting business people downtown who may be too busy to get out but like to make massage a normal part of their health routine.
